研究概述

动物会对不断变化的环境做出反应来确保其自身的生存和繁殖。为了探究这些行为是如何产生并执行的,我们致力于研究动物学习、记忆和决策背后的分子、细胞、神经和系统机制。我们使用秀丽隐杆线虫作为模式生物,进行全面的、跨学科的研究。秀丽隐杆线虫的热觅食行为是一种基于学习的行为,该行为是在神经计算和系统调节共同作用下发生的。我们试图通过识别基因功能、组分神经元、神经连接和非神经组织来研究这些神经计算和系统调节。
